How It Works: From Sign-Up to Your 2-Year Certification

  1. Choose your class. Pick a date on our schedule that fits your timeline.
  2. Register online in minutes. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with everything you need—what to bring, parking notes, and the full address:

  3. Study options. If you like, complete online pre-work at CPRandFirstAid.org to arrive extra prepared.
  4. Attend class. Your instructor demonstrates each skill, then coaches you through hands-on practice with manikins and AED trainers.
  5. Skills check & quick knowledge review. We keep it clear and stress-free—our goal is confidence, not memorization.
  6. Get certified. After successful completion, you'll receive your digital card (e-card). Most cards are issued the same day and are widely accepted for employment and compliance.
  7. Validity & renewal. Most certifications are valid for 2 years. We'll remind you when it's time to renew so you stay compliant.
